Re: Serial outputs
Bob, thanks for the reply. I know the wiring is good. If I turn on serial output 7 my G327 stops showing the altitude immediately. If I turn on serial output 4 the King 90B shows NO 232 DATA. When I turn on both outputs to Shadin Z I get a serial port conflict message. The King 90B will eat Shadin Z...

Serial outputs
I am trying to use 2 different serial outputs to talk to different devices. Serial out 4 is air data Z and serial out 7 is air data D. When I set out 4 it turns off out 7 and if I turn on 7 it turns off 4. How can I use both?

Programming Reference
Hi all,
Is there a programming reference that list where and what each of the programming options are?
I really do not like having to hunt around the program menu to find what I am looking for.
Thanks
Rob Henderson

Low Voltage
I have an HXr and the voltage has always read low.
I removed the display and made a new harness to test all 3 inputs with a battery.
The voltage read with a Fluke meter was 12.6 but the HXr showed 12.2 on all three inputs
This seem like a lot of error, Is this normal?
Thanks

Re: Fuel float gauge problems
For the archives
Ben at tech support checked the demo and found I had programmed the fuel sensors into the HXr and the EIS.
I removed the settings in the EIS and the problem went away
Thanks Ben

Re: Fuel float gauge problems
I flew today and it is repeatable as soon as the air speed begins to register the display reads -34 and -44, as soon as I slow down to where the airspeed no longer shows, the correct fuel quantity returns.
Looks like a display problem,
Tomorrow I will record a demo of a take off and landing

Thanks for the response During runup the gages read normal Sensors are grounded at the forest of tabs on cockpit side of the firewall Using the internal resistors Fuel quantity does not make a difference Have not tried to turn off alternator yet I will recheck the grounds and fly without the alterna...

Fuel float gauge problems
Guys
I have 2 resistive float fuel gauges tied to the HXR analog inputs 3 and 4 these inputs calibrated fine 0-15 gallons.
on take off the gauges go to -34 and -44 respectively.
The gauges return to the proper quantity display after landing rollout.
any suggestions?
Thanks
