Choose your own word for the Serial 1-8 alert boxes. The existing 7 character spaces are fine. Serial1, Serial2....Serial8 are useful in debugging on the bench; but a dark and stormy night failure, or even a sunny VFR day failure, I'll have no recollection for what I hooked up to each of those and therefore kinda useless to be able troubleshoot/shut stuff down when you need to the most.

It tells you what they are in the big alarm text box that you have to acknowledge. You can also review the full text of active alarms in the STATUS inset.
