GRT Avionics

Dual HX system with GRT AutoPilot. Garmin 430/SL30. Sys is wired with a AP source select switch for either screen.
Screen 1, engages/disengages with the installed momentary button. Here is where the problem is...
Screen 2, when the source switch is selected to #2, and the Engage button is pressed shows " Engaged and disengaged within 2 seconds" I can however engage the AP via the soft buttons on screen 2..

Any Ideas?

If you are able to engage with the soft keys, then the button(s) should also work. Make sure the settings on the A/P Maintenance page are the same, especially Engage Switch Config. The settings for the autopilot do not transfer over the link, so you have to set them on all screens.
