Autopilot Settings (Trutrak) for RV10

I recently purchased an RV10 and I have just upgraded to and HX dual screen, dual AHRS system and would like to get some help with settings for the Autopilot. I have the Digiflight II VSGS AP.
Can anyone share what settings they are using for the Trutrak and for the GRT software?
