I flew today and ADS-B weather worked as advertised. So, must have been an outage. I’m thinking my buddy who reported it working on the day of concern may have been receiving XM weather service.
In any case, the universe is back in balance.

Re: Discovery weather and traffic stopped working
I'll add that I had same issue in WingX on the iPad connected via WiFi to the Discovery.

Discovery weather and traffic stopped working
I have the Discovery receiver (and a TT22 transponder) and it has been functioning as advertised. However, I flew two legs yesterday and did not receive ADS-B weather on either leg. I did receive a few traffic targets, but I am unsure if they were ADS-B or the old Mode S TIS radar uplinks through ...

Re: HxR: EGT/CHT History timeline - changable?
Checking back in on this ... presenting the EGT/CHT bar graphs in color matching the history graphs. Is this possible with the HXr system?
Many other manuals show it presented this way (Mini instal manual p. 74 & 78 for example).
This must be possible, and is a tremendous safety and SA booster.

Re: Roll Trim required message
Thanks for the information. I found that the shear screw was indeed sheared. The screw head easily came out, but I left the body in for now. It appears there is a very small set screw that locks the shear screw?

Re: HxR: EGT/CHT History timeline - changable?
Can we also get the EGT/CHT histo-graph color scheme to replicate on the CHT/EGT bar graphs?
We discussed at the OSH booth last year. Some seemed to think it was already possible, but no one could find the settings for it.

Roll Trim required message
Lately I have been getting "Roll Trim Required" messages, mainly during GNAV mode of GPS course supplied by 430W via AIRINC. Happens both during enroute and terminal operations. When I disconnect the AP, the lateral trim seems in balance and well trimmed. Is there a way I can get more detail on what ...

Re: Mini AP capabilities
Thanks, and my apologies ... I did not mean to reference the TT22. I have the FlightBox solution with the serial adapter . I was looking at a separate issue on the TT22 and inadvertently typed that into this thread. Sorry.

Re: Mini AP capabilities
From above ... Serial outputs can usually be connected to 2 or 3 serial inputs. ... so I just splice the serial output from the GRT adapter (plugged into the Trig TT22) and connect that to the GRT Mini for the weather?
Where does the corresponding Mini serial out go? Spliced into the same serial ...
