Re: Linked App View
With the App? By default a new Bluetooth pairing doesn't have permission to change anything. If you mean a display unit, there are some share functions you can specifically turn off (selected heading, selected courses, NAV MODE), but everything else still works. With the display link on a serial por...

Re: Trig TT-22 and HX
An HX can be the control head for a TT22 with the GRT Trig Transponder Adapter (same as the HXr). You have to push Next a few times to get to the XPDR button, and there you have the CODE, IDENT, and MODE controls. The button only appears when a serial port is configured for TT22 in and out.

Re: Trig TT-22 ADSB
The EFIS will show all traffic inputs at the same time. The TIS output from the Trig does not contain any addresses, so the EFIS can't filter it and you may get duplicate or ghost traffic targets. A few customers have reported that happening.

Re: Serial outputs
The "Fuel/Air Data" outputs are all driven by the same software and you can only have one active at a time. The conflict message is missing for the D format.

Re: GPS over USB
Our screens don't work with any dedicated USB GPS units, and we haven't made plans to support them. The GPS units connected to supported USB ADS-B receivers can be used in the next update.
Only 2 GPS sources can be configured.

Re: Linked App View
Yes. The PFD on the App is purely an attitude, air data, and heading display at this point. It does not show runways, obstacles, terrain, traffic, waypoints, etc.

Re: Elevator Trim jumping up and down - how to fix?
Is there enough of a voltage range? The analog inputs are not high precision. If it's just noise on the analog input, you can try enabling the digital filter. Go to the SET MENU, Display Unit Maintenance, Analog Inputs, and change the Analog Detail to "Raw data and filtering". Scroll down ...

Re: Flap Position Indicator & configuring HX for it
There isn't a separate calibration point for half flaps in the current software. You could manually adjust the voltage in the Flaps Down box to make half flaps look better, but that would mean full flaps wouldn't fill the indicator. The MARKED AREA is for Aileron and Elevator trim. It adds a band to...

Re: display damage
We choose displays that are designed to work in wide temperature ranges, although -35F is about 10 degrees lower than that. I don't think we've ever seen one damaged by low temperatures, and that includes last winter.

Re: Sport with the leans
How did you reset the box? When you hold the outer buttons, only the main display software resets. The AHRS would not be reset that way. To reset the AHRS in a Sport you would have to turn off power to the display. Make sure the display is showing AHRS software 43 (0.43). If the cause involves short...
