I have an EIS feeding my Sport HS displays.
The engine is a Rotax 914 so I have two Floscan transducers. It has worked fine for years. I just did 100 hr maintain on engine and wiggled some wires near the Floscans. Test flight after was normal but next flight had low fuel flow. When I looked at the DEMO file, the FF was jumping around, suggesting a bad connection. But I can't seem to find anything wrong. With engine not running FF show 0 as expected.
what should I see if I disconnect the signal from first the return Floscan and then the supply Floscan?
Any other troubleshooting ideas?
Thanks.

Fuel Flo Problem
Re: Fuel Flo Problem
An update. I found that when I disconnected the return Floscan sensor, the EIS fuel flow was about what I expected, 40 GPH. When I had the supply Floscan disconnected and the return Floscan connected, the EIS fuel flow showed 0.
The problem eventually turned out to be a loose connection on the dSub feeding the EIS.
