Display unexpectedly changed to a lower resolution

Post by amillin »

I have dual HX displays. For some reason the top display "primary" is now booting in a lower resolution. The font is bigger. I cannot see the bottom or right side of the screen. It seems to boot normally. I cannot see the "Accept" menu after boot, but when I press the left soft button it does move the the EFIS display. Unfortunately, it only shows the upper left of the screen. I tried both rebooting they screen as well as powering it all the way down and back up. No change.

I have checked all the connections and they are solid.

Please advise.

Your processor video settings were lost. You need a USB PC keyboard to plug into the HX and set them properly. I will attach a document with the full instructions.

Thanks Jeff. That did the trick. Things are back to normal.
