Reset fuel totalizer reminder

We have horizon 1 equipment (HS+WS) with EIS4000 in the 7a. I read in the manual that you can set a reminder to come up whenever the system powers up asking "did you add fuel". I think I have it set up correctly in the setup page but the reminder does not work. any ideas what i may be doing wrong?

The EFIS does not have a power-up reminder for fuel.
After you change the fuel amount, the EFIS can ask you how much was added for the logbook. That is the only prompt option.

My reminder to adjust fuel levels when refueling is to place pink paperclip on the dash. Really. All this technology and I'm reduced to a visual aid. How ironic...
