GRT Avionics

My EIS voltage is reading approximately 13.5 volts on both my EIS 4000 display and my Horizon HX Efis but testing with my multi meter directly at the battery indicates 14.5 volts.

This test is done in flight by the way. I had originally thought my alternator was not putting out proper voltage but I now feel there is an issue with my EIS. Any suggestions? This is a recent problem. I have had several years of everything working properly prior to this issue.

Try powering down other avionics on the same buss, see if the voltage comes up a bit. If this happens, you have a poor connection somewhere.
