Any chance that the Mini (specifically the GA) will be able to support a usb>bluetooth interface for the remote app, like the HX? The spousal unit would like to see some pretty attitude graphics while she's deprived of the HX display (about to do some upgrading of the panel and the HX was sold).
Thanks, Jeff. Starting to move wires now. Is there any way to get ADSB traffic to display on the GA? I had my Echo UAT talking to the HX. I assume that I can't configure the 'in' half of the serial port for ADSB-in. If I delete the remote magnetometer, could I get ADSB data into the other serial port?
I've had a Mini GA (plus external magnetometer) interfaced with an HX, and the HX sending nav info to a Trio EZPilot. I've just sold the HX in anticipation of upgrading. Can I use the now-available serial port to drive the Trio autopilot? The GA manual mentions that it isn't allowed to output to oth...

"To use it with your EFIS system, you will need a few things: 1. A Bluetooth USB dongle (verified models are listed on the Software pages for HX and HXr) 2. The Bluetooth-enabled beta software for HX/HXr 3. The GRT Remote App" Dragging this thread back to the present... I'd like to try out...
Well, during a brain lock session, I ordered (and received, unboxed, and mounted) a generic uAvionix EchoUAT with their SkyFyx GPS, instead of the GRT-specific package with the SafeFly2020/serial expander. Unfortunately, I find no docs anywhere that tell me whether my GRT HX can have any control ove...
