Mini-GA EFIS

The Mini-GA is a portable electronic device especially designed for the certified aircraft, bringing terrain and obstacles to your panel. It is a reassuring reference when flying in instrument conditions, and greatly improves situational awareness, VFR or IFR. Internal or external GPS navigation and steering data is provided on the PFD. Highway-in-the sky guidance is provided to any runway in the database. It is a complete EFIS, incorporating the same technology that made GRT Avionics famous for its high-integrity attitude sensing (AHRS) in the experimental airplane market. It can be installed in minutes to update a traditional panel, or provides a valuable addition to any panel, at an unbeatable price.

Horizon EX EFIS

The Horizon EX is the perfect upgrade from a Horizon WS. Uses your existing AHRS and wiring, only requiring slight relocation of the mounting screws and minor wiring changes on some installations.

Includes synthetic vision, IFR autopilot function (vertical commands), moving map, ADS-B  traffic and weather displays, Bluetooth interface, and 6 High-Speed Serial Ports. Touch screen option available.

Includes wiring harness. AHRS and magnetometer not included.

Mini-AP EFIS

  • Full auto-pilot functionality; including lateral and vertical navigation coupling, coupling to the synthetic approach, climb and descent on airspeed or vertical speed, and more
  • HSI display of GPS and navigation radio data, allowing it to be a primary or backup navigation head for all Garmin navigation receivers
  • G430/530/650/750 interface capability via the optional ARINC 429 adapter
  • Includes full moving map with terrain colored to show its proximity to your altitude, flight planning, nearest airports, weather frequencies, and even allows you to tune your compatible radio.
  • Includes external magnetometer.

Mini-X EFIS

The Mini is not a compromised instrument. It is a complete EFIS capable of synthetic vision, with a GPS navigator, incorporating the same technology that made GRT famous with its high-integrity AHRS. It is completely suitable as the primary instrument in your panel or as a backup for attitude, heading, track, airspeed, altitude and VSI. Highly readable airspeed/altimeter tapes and rotating drum-style digital display. Free database updates for all US territories. Simple installation – connect power, ground and mount the GPS antenna on your dash. Incorporates a full AHRS solution (internal) that does not require GPS or air data to provide attitude data.

Sport EX EFIS

The Sport EX puts a Primary Flight Display EFIS in your panel at an unbeatable price.  Software options let you purchase what you need now, and expand later, without removing the EX from your panel. Built on more than two decades of avionics experience, and using the industry’s only AHRS that can operate unaided, the base model provides primary flight functions and engine pages which can be driven by any GRT EIS engine monitor. The base model even includes synthetic approach to any runway, and depiction of obstacles on the PFD screen.
